 Mary Lee Kammer, CPA
President/Chief Executive Officer
With over 17 years of healthcare experience, Mary Lee Kammer was appointed President/Chief Executive Officer in April 2005. Mary Lee served as one of the first executive managers of American Nursing Services and was the firm's Chief Financial Officer. She also owned a healthcare consulting firm in the New Orleans market. In recent years, Mary Lee has participated in collaborative studies with American Nursing Services and hospitals to evaluate the quality and cost-effectiveness of supplemental staffing. Mary Lee's tenure with the firm, coupled with her experience in a variety of healthcare settings, allows her to operate the firm with a keen understanding of the needs of healthcare providers.
Carla Bonvillain, RN
Vice President of Clinical Services
With a background in critical care nursing, Carla Bonvillain, RN joined American Nursing Services in 1986. Prior to joining the ANS team, Carla was a SICU Supervisor at Charity Hospital in New Orleans, Louisiana. She stood out as an exceptional clinician, and after expressing interest in an administrative role, she accepted the position of Director of Nursing in our Houston, Texas office. She was later promoted to Vice President of Clinical Services after many successes at the branch level. Carla supervises our Home Health Division and also acts a Regional Manager for several of our branch offices. Hospitals always appreciate a visit from Carla because of the creative solutions she always has to offer, and nurses know that they can always rely on her for expert advice and counsel.
