In a Preferred Vendor Relationship, American Nursing Services is responsible for all day-to-day activities involved with nurse staffing. Usually, American Nursing Services places one of our employees on-site at your facility to manage the relationship. This employee is the liaison between your nursing administrators/managers and the other supplemental staffing agencies. This type of relationship allows us to provide you with one invoice for all nurses staffed during your specified billing period, and also allows us to manage credentialing and quality of all supplemental nurses.
In a Partner Management Relationship, American Nursing Services proactively manages labor costs, scheduling, and quality of supplemental nurses. The expected deliverables of this program include a larger percentage of filled nursing positions, measurable cost savings, and a more consistent quality of nurses.
